Practice Happiness

Did you know that a happy attitude is no accident? Anyone who would describe themselves as a happy person CHOSE to be that way. Or perhaps they were trained to be that way when they were growing up. Regardless, the key is that they practiced happy thoughts frequently until it became a habit. Now they think happy thoughts automatically, just because that’s what they are used to doing.

Start practicing happy thoughts yourself today. Think things like this: “I choose to feel happy right now. I love feeling happy. Happiness comes naturally to me. I’m a happy person. I choose to be a happy person. I’m open to more happiness in my life.”

If you do this often enough, you actually start to FEEL happier more of the time. Eventually, you’ll become one of those “naturally” happy people!
